Here you can find all the answers about Adduma Car service.

Who can join Adduma car?

Any adult with full driving license and at least one year of driving experience.
If you are a European citizen and your details are being processed, your driving license will be validated automatically. For non-EU driving licenses, you need to send all the necessary documentation to servizioclienti@addumacar.it

How do I rent a car?

You can rent a car once registered through the App or the website and after having received confirmation from Accura Car.
The car reservation can only be made through the App or at the Adduma Car points.

How do I open my rented car?

You can open the car either inserting the Pin code given to you during the renting stage, or scanning the QR code through the App. You will find the car key inside the vehicle.

Where can I drive?

You can drive Adduma Car cars and vans on pedestrian areas (category B and C) and within ZTL (Limited Traffic Zones).

Where can I park?

You can park for free on every blue paid parking lot and resident-only parking spaces.

What happens if I get fined or have a car accident?

If the accident or the penalty occurred because the driver did not respect the Highway Code, it is the driver’s responsibility to deal with the penalty fees.
However, in case the Adduma Car driver is responsible for the car accident he/she gets a 500€ allowance. All the Adduma Car vehicles are insured.
